We worked with this $90 million, human services non-profit to improve the efficiency of the office of the Chief Operating Officer through business process re-engineering and custom design of ergonomic work space.

We also created systems for efficient work flow between the COO and her assistant, improved office organization and made recommendations for improving the efficiency of the document sign-off process.
