Step 1: IDENTIFY
We analyze our clients' past and current position to obtain a lay of the land and provide a fresh perspective. In doing this, we discover strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges that bring us to a mutual understanding prior to the next step.
Step 2:  PLAN
We strategize an action plan to serve as a road map for our partnership going forward that sets goals specific to our client's needs and outlines solutions to problems.
Step 3:  ACT
We execute the plan within a timeline tailored to our clients' needs. First, we capitalize on the lowest hanging fruit for more immediate results and then implement short-and long-term strategies.
Step 4:  ASSESS
As we continue to work with our clients, we reach full circle and take a step back to examine our progress towards realizing our shared vision.
Step 5:  ADJUST
We obtain feedback and measure our results. We then decide whether to continue or modify the existing strategy.
