 When then superintendent
of banks for the state of New York, Elizabeth McCaul, announced the
department's historic commitment to early childhood education, we
joined forces to help facilitate the start-up of a technical
assistance center. As part of the strategic planning to create a
center providing business information to owners of early childhood
centers and day care programs, we conducted competitive analysis,
market research and literature reviews. Our report on this analysis
helped to secure investors and inform the tactics necessary for the
Banking Department's start-up joint-venture. |
