HOW IT WORKS |

The details
of the presentation of CECA’s webinars are as follows: |

You choose the webinar(s) topics and CECA prepares
the curriculum |

Webinars
are scheduled for a mutually agreed upon date and time |
|
|
· |
Invitations are sent either by CECA or your institution to your students |
|
|
· |
Students register through CECA’s webinar system |

|
· |
CECA
coordinates registrations, payments and confirmations |

|
· |
You may
chose one of two log in options for attendees: |
|
|
|
1.
|
Students log in to the webinar via their own
computer Internet connection at any location. The video portion is
accessed through an Internet browser, while the audio portion is delivered
either through computer speakers or by phone |
|
|
|
2.
|
The students gather to watch the presentation
together at your location while your organization logs in to the webinar
via your computer Internet connection. The video portion is accessed
through an Internet browser, while the audio portion is delivered through
computer speakers |

CECA
presents each webinar for the duration of one hour, including an
introduction, the topics at hand and a brief question and answer period |
|
|
· |
A
representative from your organization may attend the webinar at no charge |
|
|
·
|
All
participants receive access to a recorded copy of the presentation the day
following the webinar |

|
·
|
All
participants receive an emailed Q&A document addressing the questions
submitted during the presentation |
|
|
· |
A minimum
of 10 participants must be present to hold a webinar |
|
|
· |
Up to 1000
participants are eligible to attend each webinar |

Webinar fees vary depending on the topic and whether your institution
chooses to run a single webinar, a series of three or the complete series
of eight. Fees are assessed depending on whether you choose option one or
two below: |

You pay a webinar presentation fee to CECA and
students are invited to attend at no charge |

Option 2: Paid by Student |
|

Each student
